Jill Grenier, President: Ms Grenier has 20+ years of experience in the wireless industry, having launched numerous markets across all technologies both domestically and internationally. Ms Grenier's tenure in the industry began with McCaw Communications and she went on to hold executive positions with AT&T Wireless, Sprint PCS , WFI , and The Walter Group. Ms Grenier started her own strategy consulting practice in 2001 from which Cascadia PM was conceived. Ms Grenier has a BA in psychology and sociology and a Masters Degree in Business.

Jim Pribbenow, Senior Director of Program Management: Mr. Pribbenow came to Cascadia PM with 27 years of experience in the Project Management and construction arena, having spent the last 4 years in the wireless industry. He has managed all aspects of construction and program management in commercial and residential locations as well as numerous wireless programs. Previously Mr. Pribbenow was the Director of Construction at WFI where he completed work on over 200 cell sites in the Pacific Northwest . He specializes in program management for technology upgrades, to which he brings an in-depth integrated knowledge of both the civil and wireless technology arenas.

Matthew Miura, Director Program Management - Hawaii:  Mr. Miura has more than 25 years experience leading projects in the telecommunications sector.  In his years with GTE, Mr. Miura had direct responsibility for many large-scale telecommunications projects both domestically and abroad in the private and government sectors. Those projects included implementation of the first inter-island digital microwave system in Hawaii, Rapid Transit Telecommunications in Taiwan, the CANTV project as well as anti-fraud programs in Venezuela, and a $30M fiber optic and copper cable distribution system for the Air Force in Japan and Korea.  Following those successes, Mr. Miura then worked with General Dynamics implementing projects for the U.S. military in Hawaii and Puerto Rico.  A registered Professional Engineer and a certified Project Management Professional, Mr. Miura has experience in both implementation and operations. He holds a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Colorado and a MS in Management from Troy University.

Scott Emerson, Director Program Management - Pacific Northwest:   Mr. Emerson has over 13 years of experience in the wireless industry, specializing in site acquisition management. Mr. Emerson has negotiated leases and attained permitting approval for over 1500 sites nationally, including sites for Verizon Wireless, AT&T, Cingular, Nextel, Nextel Partners, Sprint, and Cricket. As Oregon market director, he is responsible for green field turnkey site deployments and modifications throughout the state. In doing so, he has worked extensively with local building owners, property managers, governmental jurisdictions, the general public, and other stakeholders. Mr. Emerson holds an MBA in Business Administration and BBA in Finance from the University of Central Oklahoma. Mr. Emerson specializes in site acquisition and project management.

Joe Walter: Mr. Walter founded The Walter Group as an international consulting and project management firm specializing in telecommunications companies. In January 2000, The Walter Group sold its consulting and project management group to Wireless Facilities, Inc (NASDAQ: WFII). The Walter Group continues to maintain investments in a variety of technology-based companies. Prior to establishing The Walter Group,he served as Senior Vice President of McCaw Cellular Communications, Inc. and was responsible for the corporate headquarters group of the Company. During his tenure at McCaw Cellular, Mr. Walter was also responsible for establishing McCaw Space Technologies, Inc. and McCaw Government Services, Inc. Mr. Walter holds undergraduate degrees in biological science and social ecology from the University of California , Irvine and an MBA from the University of Washington . He serves on the Boards of UbiquiTel Inc. (NASDAQ: UPCS ), Urbanpixel, Inc., ArtsPatron, Fastball Development Corporation, and Winebid.com, Inc. He also is the Past President of the Board of Trustees of Childhaven and an Advisory Board Member of the Business School of the University of Washington .

Mike Sims: Mr. Sims has a 30 year career in executive management roles where he served as Senior Vice President with such publicly traded companies as Westinghouse Electric Corporation, Time Warner, and McCaw/AT&T Wireless.  Mr. Sims is also a seasoned veteran of Operations, serving as Executive Vice President of Operations for Johnson Products Company and as the COO for Globaltel Resource, a start up telecommunications company. Mr. Sims most recently was the CEO and President of The Walter Group, a long standing professional services organization in the telecommunications industry. Mr. Sims has a 20 year history in the telecommunication industry encompassing cable, wireless and data. He has been recognized for his ability to lead and mentor large organizations while posting outstanding results relating to increasing revenue, cash flow and quality of service. Mr. Sims holds Masters Degrees in both Engineering and Business and an undergraduate degree in Math.

Scott Fox: Mr. Fox is a 23-year veteran executive of the wireless industry. As previous Group President at Wireless Facilities, Inc. (NASDAQ: WFII), he helped lead WFI to an extremely successful IPO in 1999 and was instrumental in developing and driving the company's international expansion. Mr. Fox is Chairman Emeritus and a member of the Board of the global GSM Association. Prior to joining WFI , Mr. Fox was Vice President Strategy and Chief Technology Officer for BellSouth where he was responsible for all technology aspects of BellSouth's wireless businesses. Prior to BellSouth, Mr. Fox served in a broad variety of executive management positions within the wireless industry including: MCI Corp; MobilMedia; McCaw Cellular; Metromedia; Southwestern Bell ; and Radio Telephone Company. He has published numerous articles, is a frequent invited speaker at industry forums and conferences. He was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida with a specialization in Digital Communications.

Sunir Kochhar: Mr. Kochhar is currently the Vice President of Operations at Disney Mobile. Previously, Mr. Kochhar was the Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of Iris Wireless, an intercarrier messaging company located in Greenwich CT. Mr. Kochhar has over 20 years of technical and operational experience in the wireless industry. He founded Iris Wireless after his position as COO and EVP of Chase Telecommunications. Sunir has also held executive positions in technical operations for such companies as CellularOne, COMSAT, Vanguard Cellular Systems, and AirTouch International, in which Sunir was the Executive Vice President of Pronto Italia Digital Cellular Service.  Under his leadership, Pronto was recognized as the most successful digital service launch in Western Europe . Mr. Kochhar received a BS in Electrical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, a MS in Electrical Engineering from Kansas State University , and a MBA in Finance at the University of Denver.

Charles Padgett: Mr. Padgett has a 25 year career in starting and operating companies, venture investing, fund raising and deal management in the aerospace, defense/homeland security, telecommunications, internet, e-commerce, software, manufacturing, real estate and biotech industries. After the acquisition of Captiva Software (NASDAQ: CPTV) by EMC (NYSE: EMC), he led the integration process in his role as Vice President Acquisitions and Integration. While at Captiva, Mr. Padgett also led the acquisition and integration of SWT SA. Mr. Padgett also served as an Entrepreneur in Residence for the Boeing Company (NYSE: BA). As Wireless Facilities Inc.'s (NASDAQ: WFII) CFO for Europe , Middle East & Africa, he led the acquisition and integration of three European companies and managed the explosive EMEA growth for the world's largest wireless outsourcing company. As the Managing Director of The Walter Group, he oversaw the sale of the consultancy group to WFI. Mr. Padgett has also held management positions with KPMG, World Trade Center Alaska and Atlantic Richfield/British Petroleum (NYSE: BP). He has traveled extensively and is a graduate of the University of Oregon and Alaska , with degrees in History, Finance and Accounting. Mr. Padgett earned his CPA license (Inactive) in Alaska and Washington State .
